Introducing: The Meanest Looking Custom Built Skyline R34 GTR 1/7th Scale Remote Control RC Car

Passion, It's the thing that drives us to achieve. The push we feel to dare to dream something, ideal, and then manifest that vision into reality. For anyone who's ever fallen head over heels into an engine bay, or body work, or getting your car track ready, YOU KNOW that feeling that drives you to customize and make things as you feel they should be. Your intuition is second to none.  RC Car Skyline GTR R34 Custom Built Remote Control Car This GTR is no different from any of the other incredible cars featured on this site ( just look around; there's red ones , blue ones , silver ones , white ones , black ones ) - except for one, small, detail. - It's 1/7th the size! You wouldn't be able to fit inside it, but it still rips around like a GTR should, and is a whole lot of fun to drive I'm sure, and the customization on this build is phenomenal.  Nissan Skyline GTR RC Car Rear End Spotted on the RC sub, user XJuggernaut101 shared their build story with us of ho

About Robbie Ward

32 - 33 - 34 @ the new shop
R.I.P.S started off as a hobby when I built myfirst skyline as a road race car.

When it was 90% finished a guy came along and purchased it at a price I could not refuse.

The same thing happened with the next car and about the next 20 skylines I promised to keep for myself.

The hobby is now a full time job, we employ 3 full time staff for fabricating and mechanical work and all of us here at R.I.P.S eat, sleep and breath skylines and RB powered vehicles.

The first skyline we took to the drags for fun (R32 GTS4) was a very basic complete street car with a stock internal motor and it ran mid 12's.

Within 6 months we were down to 10.2 and had won 14 meetings in a row, both the Idrag and Nightwars Pro street championship titles and the 4 and rotary Nationals.

The engine in this car had 100% stock internals and made 750hp, it is still in a road car today and has been untouched since it was first built in 2003.

From there we started to specialise in the RB30 engine, building 2wd and 4wd versions for guys wanting reliable torquey engines in the 450hp to 1200hp range.
We currently have records for the the fastest street Skyline, fastest Japanese street car, fastest Pro Import on petrol, the worlds fastest 240z, the worlds fastest RB30 and as a driver I have 3 times as many import drag racing records as any other driver in NZ.
Cars from the UK have been sent in containers for us to tune/upgrade, customers are saving huge money and getting comparable, if not better results than our European competitors can provide.

Here's a video of the world record pass in the 240Z
